A-1 Best TV Repair Service

I dropped off my TV on a Friday, and asked "how much to fix?" I was told that the estimate was free. I got a call the next day saying the TV was fixed for $65 and was ready to pick up. I had never even agreed to the repair. I paid the money and picked up the TV. The static that I had asked to be repaired was still there. I took the TV back. After 5 days I called to find out the progress. I was told that they were working on it, and would call me back in 2 hours. They never called. I then called them and told them I wanted my TV back wether they had fixed it or not because they looked to me like a company that was just about to go bankrupt and I did not want my TV to get stuck there. They were not open that day during regular business hours. Two days latter they called me to tell me that my TV was fixed and that I could pick it up. It would cost an extra $25 for the added fix. When they loaded it into my car they forgot to include the power chord. I went back to their shop to get the power chord. Now that I have the TV working, I still have the static that they were supposed to fix. I am out $85 for nothing but a ton of inconvenience. They are fraudulent.Desired SettlementI want my $85 back. I took my TV for repair. I had to call them 3 times so that they can get back to me. I stoped by there shop and they are not open when they say they are. After finally getting a hold of someone they gave me a quote of how much the repair was going to be. I told him I would call them back. After calling them back in approximately 10 days they claim they can't find my tv and that it was probably tossed away because I waited to long and they can't keep them that long. I complained and said they are the ones that never call you back and are never in there shop. The owner "[redacted]" said he would look into and call me back it's been a week and a half and I still havent heard anything from him.
