Review: I went to A-1 to bring my car to have the rear drums installed, along with the brake shoes. Just today I was cleaning my rims and noticed that my drums was not changed. I had bought the drums from amazon and I had my boyfriend place them in my trunk. Being that I am pregnant, I cannot move them. When I noticed that my new drums that I bought wasn't on my car, only the rusted out ones, I called the place that was suppose to have done them. The guy told me to go and he can put them on. I said ok and went to A-1 and to get it done, but when I told him that the worker took them out my trunk and didn't put them on, he told me that he can't do anything about it. I told him that I know what I have in my trunk and I am never unprepared when it comes it having things done. I make sure everything is there before it do it. He asked me, " Why would the worker take the drums out of your trunk and not put them on?" I told him "To make a profit for the business or for them to make profit on the side." He looked at the floor and smiled, then looked up at me and said, "We don't do that here." I said "obviously it was done because I don't have them in my car anymore." "Why would I say I have them to change, knowing they in my trunk and the worker gonna say it wasn't in there?" He brought an elderly African American male to come check to see my car to verify my car about the situation, but the only problem is, it was not that man that did my brakes, it was a younger African American male that did.He just didn't care and went on doing What he was doing. Ron didn't seem to care or want to help, the owner was listening to everything and didn't even jump in to settle the problem either. I'm an organized person and I know what I had and for this man to tell me i'm a liar and I what I didn't have in my trunk, makes me furious to the max because I paid for the drums and now have to pay more money to get more and have it installed onto my car. I will never go back to this place again.Desired Settlement: I want them to pay the price that I paid for each of the drums to put on my car. Its 18.64 a piece. 18.64 +18.64 = $37.28. That is all I want so I can get my other ones to replace the ones they took from me.
