A-1 Buyers-N-Sellers

I have been going to AAA pawn since 2008. On many visits to retrieve my stuff I had been late, but within the four month time frame. Knowing I would have to pay the extra interest, I would go to the store. Every time the bill would be a lot more than expected. Not having a vast understanding of pawn shops, I did not question it. During these visits, the owner also would ask me to put a different date on the receipt. The receipt asked for the day I was picking it up. Once again I did not question it.On my last visit, to pick up my things I was a month and a few days late. Expecting to pay one amount, I went to the store, only to find I did not have enough cash. At this time, I began to question it. The store owner stated that there was a per day late fee. I paid the interest and left the store without my things. Upon returning home, I read the contract. It did not say anything about a per day late fee. It state that at no time can the contract at no time can it be changed with signatures of from the store and customer.Over these years, because of the per day late fee I have over paid by nearly 500.00$.
