on april at pm I the owner / operater ,arrived to clean rugs, and a attic ,*** told me upon arrival .that she was not prepared to clean the atticI was nice enough to come back another day to complete ***s attic, so at 2pm on april
7th, my employee *** cleaned ***s attic, by the way we quoted her carpets at a price that did not include furniture moving .upon *** completion, *** mentioned how fast he finished*** worked on a 10xroom and it took him minutes ,in my standards that is an accurate time it takes to steam clean a room ,after *** completed and wraped up the hosesand equiptment .*** payed the bill gave myself and *** a glass of teaand we left as we were heading to our next job ,*** my secutary called me and told me that ***s calling our office about the room not being done properly so I texted *** asking her if she needed a refund and to stop calling my phone ,because april is our busy season, and her non stop calling us were tying our lines upwe already exerted our resources on this difficult customer by making a second trip to clean her attic at no additional feeI had to pay my employee his time for his labor, our gas for the first trip, our gas for the second trip, so I decided to just refund *** for the attic because I knew she was difficult and we no longer wanted to deal with her and I do apologize to *** if I came off to her as rude or unprofessionalif there is anything else she desires from us you can call us anytime mon thru fri 10am till 5pm ***
