In reference to complaint #***
The last time *** *** contacted us about this vehicle was April 9th
2014. At that time he was at another dealership
with a dead battery. At that time we
paid that dealership $
dollars to replace the battery*** has not
brought the vehicle in for any service since January 2014. I’m not sure where he has been going for service
*** did purchase an extended warranty
that is in effect until December or miles. If he can make an appointment with our
service department we would be more than happy to review the problems he is
having and see what is really going on with his vehicle. Sorry I couldn’t be more helpful with the
issues he is having. We just haven’t
been the dealership servicing his vehicle

Revdex.com spoke with GM who advised the vehicle was seen on the 28th and there is an open repair on vehicle likely due to parts being on order for a repair.
