We would like to respond to the Revdex.com complaint made by [redacted] dated November 4, 2015 regarding his bad debt account with our East Washington Street location.
On September 8, 2015 I returned a phone call from a voice message from [redacted] to our Corporate Office regarding a...
complaint regarding the collection of his had debt account. He stated that he had mailed a letter regarding a settlement from a lawsuit, which I have included with this letter, that he was waiting for his payment to be able to pay our company back to our East Washington Street location but they were still contacting him regarding the debt. I told him I would speak with the East Washington Street location manager about his account. and all I asked was that he keep in contact with them periodically regarding any updated information about his settlement payment and repayment of his debt so they can update his promise to pay date. He agreed to do so and we ended the conversation.
I contacted the East Washington location and they noted my call in his collection screen and have not contacted him since. He has also not contacted our office with any promise info for his account Any future contact with the Mr. Winekc will be via mail.
