A-1 Certified Appliance Repair

Unfortunately, A-1 Certified Appliance Repair was selected for me by [redacted], which I believe overall is also an awful company. [redacted] came to our house to inspect two appliances. He first came and asked my mother to repair the refrigerator by holding a hair dryer to it. He subsequently billed Fidelity Home Warranty for "repair of water inlet and repair of glide motor." He did neither.

[redacted] also inspected a trash compactor. He dismantled it (it was in relative working order, but making some noise). He then said repair was not covered by warranty, and said that he was not going to return it to original condition unless we paid him for repair/replacement. He left our cabinet with a large hole in it.
