I went into office January 11,and had root canals done in tooth and Since then I have been sick and in severe painI went back and immediately was told I needed to sign format for crown I stated in wouldn't sign that I was there for pain,swellingI was reimbursed for tooth and told she left a canalI have now gone to different dentist for options and found outboth teeth have sealant pushed up and tooth is in my sinus canalPrior to finding out what was wrong she has put me on amoxillian twice stating I have infection in toothI have been to doctors over sinus issues since root canalsI evendors told Dr *** when I went back into her office that I have been sick and have had sinus issues and something isn't rightDr *** refuses to reimburse my insurance company for tooth so I can have surgery to fix the sealant that is very dangerous and making me sickI have copies of x-rays I have been given to proof this
