In response to the complaint ID # [redacted]Mr [redacted] had contacted me in regards to he's new house remodeling project. He did explained to that the closing on he's house had been delayed. And he was in a rush to get he's project done. [redacted] had choose us because we are friends of the family...

and the price for friends and family is favorable that is why we started working with [redacted] . My Friend call me and told me that [redacted] had just purchase a house and he needs help. I had given [redacted] an estimate based on Labor only that is why I had no time to go running to the store. [redacted] was supposed to purchase the materials for the bathrooms and kitchen. [redacted] continue adding work to the list causing more delays to the project. [redacted] had changed he's mind a few times. He had my workers do extra work that was not on our contract such as adding extra lights switches canceling heater vents and and relocating them. [redacted] was opening and cutting holes on the walls to Install a central vacuum system. My workers had to patch all the openings with drywall tape and float prime and paint. All that was not on our contract. [redacted] had ask me to get he's kitchen done by a certain date and we did. He's counter top was delay for a week or longer. that was not on my contract. It seems that [redacted] was not happy with the time it was taking to complete the project but him and he's counter top contractor had delay thins for at list 2 weeks.Mr [redacted] never complaint about the quality of work. The reason I didn't spent too much time on he's project is because I didn't charge him to be bringing material. I was active on the phone with the workers when I was not present. [redacted] has been a friend and family of my long time friends I know most of he's family I understand he's complaint but. I disagree with he's complaint. I think he should retrieve it. Thanks[redacted]
