I am rejecting MsLisa P***' response because, like she said, she was not there. This guy Charles, who said he was the owner, quoted us one price and when I went back the next day, he disrespected me and charged me moreWhat I didn't say in my original complaint is that my husband was with me on 07/07/when we went to see about my car after it had been towed thereWhen I went back the next day he wasn't with me because he had some very important meetings at his jobThis guy Charles, even if he would had wrote the bill for a higher amount, would have never treated my husband that wayHe snatched the bill out of my hand and told me to take my car off of his lotHe let me walk out there and get in my car and then had his worker block me inHe then came out there and said you are going to give me my money and walked awayI had every intention of paying himI never told him I wouldn'tI did not try to haggle, argue or refuse to payI just told him that his business would not prosper if he treated his customers this way. This business lost us as a customer when we went there and met Charles in his office and he told us that he had not even looked at the car but he knows that the estimate for repairs the insurance company wrote was not enough and that he would have to ask for more money from themHe said he hadn't even looked at the car. After the car was towed to the salvage yard, this repair shop was recommended to us by a family friend. Who is Lisa P*** to say I had a fit, she wasn't thereat no time did my husband or I, think that A-Collision Center wrote the estimate my insurance company gave to meI haven't had a fit since I was a childI am a grandmother, so that's been a whileWhen we went there to see about the car initially, it was about 5:pm, the place was quietNo work was being done there. When I went back the next morning it was quiet tooIt appears not much work it passing through there so I guess he was desperate for the jobMaybe that's why he treated a potential customer that wayLike I told him, you will not prosperIf he does not want to honor the price he quoted, it's okWe're fine. I'm sure that I'm not the first person to have filed a complaint about this business and I won't be the last. Those or so, cheap & cheesy 3X5, supposedly customer satisfaction survey cards they have taped on the office wall - they're yellowing with age, is a clear indication of what kind of business A-Collision is. They are PITIFUL
