Review: I received the package with no bubble wraps or peanuts foam on the Comic Holder, Holder cracked. I checked with Holder Company ( CGC ) said cost $12.00 plus shipping cost both ways and box and bubble wraps plus insurance for $300.00 both ways he kept telling me $75.00 too much to partial refund what about my time I force go to the packing place and post office shipping cost around $15.00 each way with insurance. thats $30.00 for shipping and holder is $12.00 and box and wraps is 10.00 by professional. A-1 Comic refused and want return the comic back to them and refund fully. I told them I don't want full refund it.Desired Settlement: partial refund must $50 to $75 not $20.00 Owner keep telling me I pay for shipping again no way, Owner Screwed up with no bubble wraps

As we have stated many times before it is in our return policy to offer a full refund for an item that you are unhappy with or that has been damaged during shipping. Our policy has not changed. If you would like a refund for your item you will have to return it to us. Once we receive the item we will give you a full refund, including the $287.00 for the comic plus the shipping cost. We will not be giving you a partial refund for $75.00. Thank you for your time.
