Review: A1 Community Cesspool was at my home on 12/**/14 to empty my cesspool. On that day my fiancee was there. Prior to the cover being replaced on the cesspool my fiancee told the employee that the cesspool was still 3/4 full. They told us that this is normal and since they had aerated the cesspool that it will go down within 24-48 hours. After reviewing the receipt they falsified the receipt stating they pumped 2000 gallons. Our cesspool is approximately 2200 gallons. The cesspool is now full and seeping through the lawn and the smell of methane is very bad. The last time we had to have our cesspool emptied was May of 2014. It is impossible that we used 2000 gallons in just over a month.Desired Settlement: All we want them to do is either pump the cesspool the way it was supposed to be which is what we paid for or a refund so we may get it done properly.
