A-1 Concrete Leveling

I called A1 in order to get an estimate on leveling my sidwalks, they sent out an employee by the name of **. After he inspected my sidewalks he called me with a few questions, on answering his questions he told me that he would be out again to check a couple of things & then he would mail out the estimate. After a few days I called their office since I had not recieved the estimate. I left several messages on the office & **'s cell phone stating if they were not interested in job to let me know since I needed the estimate for an upcoming court date. A-1 failed to return my calls or send me an estimate which hurt my court case since I could not provide an estimate for the required work. I just wanted an estimate on getting the sidewalks fixed not an opinion on what caused the damage & I informed them of that, I did not have time to find other concrete leveling contractor prior to my court hearing since A-1 is the only concrete leveling contractor in the yellow pages of the CenturyLink November 2010 Phone Book.
