I am rejecting this response because:That is not at all what we discussed ***'s statements do not reflect the conversations we have had over a prolonged period of time regarding his poor workmanship Mr*** admitted to "C" work not A plus which he claims his company provides There are numerous cracks, uneven humps in the new concrete and stains going down the new concrete from acid being poured by his employee and himself to remove spilled concrete on our existing slab I am well aware that new concrete won't match existing year old concrete and that is not the color discrepancy we discussed Bottom line, this is a job poorly done and as consumers we have a right to expect a professional job that meets the standard *** adamantly stated his company would perform Instead, we are left with a poorly completed project and a business that refuses to rectify the situation

[redacted]This is in response for Claim [redacted] Mr. [redacted] is correct. His new concrete did crack. I do not make the concrete. I just place it. Scientifically speaking, concrete cracks when it cures. The material expands when it hardens. Control joints were placed in the concrete exceeding code requirements to try and control where the concrete cracks. I cannot stop the concrete from cracking.  I have had hundreds of satisfied customers throughout my career in concrete and have not had one complaint with the Revdex.com. Mr. [redacted] was not happy with the finish in a section of his new concrete. Which I said I would replace when I could afford to do so. But with his unreasonable demands and REPEATED phone calls I have decided to stay away from Mr [redacted] and his property. This is my 2nd response for Claim [redacted]

[redacted]This response is for claim ID [redacted].Mr. [redacted] and I had several meetings about driveway before the work began. He was given two options, replace the whole driveway or replace the...

broken sections.  Mr. [redacted] was informed that if he replaced only the broken sections that the existing concrete and the new concrete would not match. Mr. [redacted] chose the cheaper option and only replaced the broken sections. After the work was completed Mr. [redacted] informed me the new concrete was cracking and he was not happy with the finish of the new concrete. After inspecting the driveway with Mr. [redacted] we concluded the section he was not happy with would be replaced in good business fashion.  Mr. [redacted] decided at a later date that he wanted the whole driveway replaced. Upon his many demands through phone calls and text messages I informed Mr. [redacted] that his driveway was up to code and I would not be replacing his whole driveway. Mr. [redacted] continuously threatened to ruin my business. Being a business that stands behind its work I would have replaced the section that needed to be. But since Mr. [redacted] is demanding a whole new driveway and will not and cannot afford to do so.  This response is for claim [redacted] Submitted by [redacted]owner Concrete Plus
