American Homeshield Warranty. A1 Construction is contracted through AHS. I have now paid AHS twice for the A/C repair in the amount of $75.00/ea. The A/C has not been repaired, and there has been damage to personal property by neglect in part by A1 Construction. While accessing the attic, the contractor (M[redacted]) had to pull down the attic ladder. In doing so, he did not check his surroundings and pulled the ladder down, allowing it to scratch the screen on my 40' Flat Screen Television.
