I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Because the trim was a special order, it took longer to be ready, we did pick up the special order, and the trim has been installed and the job completed. We did email receipts to her and she should have everything, and the job is done.
