I am rejecting this response because: This issue has not been resolved, the business is making a second attempt today to removed the acid rain as they call it defects on my paint. However, they did not address the problem with the clear coat as it is known you would have to remove the entire cars paint and repaint the car. As of today's date they will use a clay bar on my car to check and see if the defects can be removed. No one has agreed what to do about the chips and spiderweb scratches caused by the Dealers Service Dept. I was in contact with Lexus Corp. on the 4th of October if proof is required that this case has not been resolved. And the fact that the visit today will be documented will be further proof that the dealership is making another attempt to resolve the many issues and defects.
