In regards to the above stated complaint, ACourtesy Cab office staff has never spoken to a customer in a demeaning, rude or inconsiderate manner regardless of their financial or physical conditionlt should be noted that this individual spoke through a third party at a physician's office their return trip homeIt was stated that this additional stop could not take place without prior authorization from the Medical Transportion Department (they must approve all medicaid transports)While on the phone with the physician's office, the compliantants could be heard making making statements that were inaccurate, demanding and rudeThe office staff along with the drivers are reminded often to be courteous, patient and respectful

Greetings, The author of this letter from A Courtesy Cab, is either completely unaware of how customers get treated on the phone, or they are being dishonest. I was treated very poorly two days in a row by the office staff (Keven-whom I was transferred to, to get the bosses phone number) and another gentleman on the day of my scheduled tripI am college educated with a degree in Health Information Trained CNACertified Foster Parent NYSI am active and aware of the world around me, and I know when I am being mistreated and verbally abusedI don't like feeling nervous about arranging for transportation in the futureI already missed a Doctor appointment due to this issueI.e. Afraid to call for the Medicaid transportationAnd, I would like to note: I read the odd comment from the cab company's letter about background noise at the doctors officeI find it odd and it also puts the cab companies integrity into questionWere they honestly claiming that they heard ME, in a busy doctors office being rude to someone,,,,,,over the phone and through a glass window at the reception deskHow could they even imagine they would recognize my voice, or anyone's in that situation I do not accept their response, although I must add I had hoped a more honest approach would have dominated it. Them being a high class transportation service in Binghamton, they should have record of every car and driver they employ and also every trip in a data base especially if they were audited... they have that information and refuse to give it cause the driver wants to keep my phone and it is unfair for a 9dollar ride.

Revdex.com spoke to Andy at business and the following was relayed: The dispatcher does not know who the driver was from the information provided. If the customer can provide the car # along with the description of the driver we can locate.
