A-1 Dentist

On [redacted] I contacted A1 dental because I broke a flipper I currently had that was taking place of two missing teeth in the front of my mouth I explained to them that I had family coming in for [redacted] and I needed them quickly could they have them ready before [redacted] they told me yes but I would have to pay extra so I agreed to give 200.00 down and 150.00 on the day I received flipper. The office is not close to me but I made the trip because I needed flipper for work and for the holidays. Went in on Saturday got a mold done waited 2 hours before I was seen and then showed up [redacted] the day before [redacted] to pick up flipper. The staff there was completely rude every time I went to the front desk to let them know I was there and picking up flipper they completely ignored me when I finally asked for a manager that is when they took me into a room and 5 people were in there dentist who went by the name [redacted]?? 2 * assistants and the woman who was collecting the 150.00 balance I was a little puzzled as to why I was being harassed for the 150.00 in the dentist chair after all I had already paid 200.00 and obviously wanted my flipper but I did want to make sure it fit right and I was satisfied with it after all I am a single mother and I don't just have 350.00 to just give out. so the nurse hands me the flipper and I look @ it and notice the color of the teeth are bright white and unfortunately my teeth are discolored I was shocked and asked the dentist why they did not match my original teeth she rudely explained to me that I should look into getting my teeth whitened. Again I was shocked by her comment this time I'm having a nervous breakdown knowing I can not wear these teeth the color is not right I asked don't you do a color match of peoples teeth before you send the mold to the lab she said they didn't and I should be thankful that I had teeth for [redacted]. By this point I had broke down in tears I have never received a refund or a replacement
