A 1 Dependable Roofing and Contracting

I am not a negative person I have never written a negative review online about any person or service provider My experience unfortunately warrants a negative review
With the heavy rains of May 2015, our roof was damaged, and there was water damage on the interior of our home as well I had several roofing contractors come out to give me a bid I was impressed by the intellect of the salesperson, Dakota, and agreed to use his boss, Ken S***, as our general contractor
When the work began, I was so thankful because the roofers very efficiently re-did our roof However, in the next round of storms, our house once again showed water damage after they completed the roof This makes me concerned for the next round of storms
Unfortunately, that is not where all the problems ended MrS*** agreed to provide subcontractors for a number of projects including painting the interior and exterior, new fencing in the backyard, and new gutters for the roof He sent a nice guy, Ernesto, to complete the painting and the fencing Ernesto is at best a subpar painter He took over weeks to finish the paint job, even though it was not a large area I have hired numerous painters over the years, and most probably would have taken about one week to complete the job Ernesto, instead, acted like he was working hard while he allowed his dog to trample all over my flower beds and litter repeatedly all over the yard When I addressed the destruction of the flower beds, he reacted in a very unprofessional manner When he claimed he had finished painting a room, I had to unfortunately show him all the places that had not painted - room after room Lazy It was even worse regarding his expertise at constructing the new fence I could unfortunately go on and on about that issue as well
MrS*** is a nice guy; however, his communication abilities are extremely poor I repeatedly asked him for someone with more carpentry experience to complete the fencing job since Ernesto, in his own words, told me that he didn't know how to do various aspects of it
I learned a hard, expensive lesson on this project Please learn from my mistake Look elsewhere

Amazing service and price! I worked with Jason Myers which actually started as a cold call!! I'm in a wheelchair and can't see my roof or do a lot of the work, so he took pictures and video to show me the situation.. We worked with insursance on the damages and he brought together a team to replace roof, delapitated deck, gutter guards, windows and screens. Jason was always professional, courteous and available throughout the entire process. He even verified all work for me!! Thanks Jason & A1!
