A-1 Diistributing

Shipped wrong item.

I ordered a shower head which supposed to have 2.5 GPM. I install it right after receiving it in mail and when I take shower I knew something is wrong. The water flow was very low so I take down the shower head and inspect it. After a very careful inspection I saw a small writing on it which says the max GPM is 1.75 for this shower head. I called the customer service of this company and the won't honor my return because the shower head was already installed and have a wrench mark. They consider it as a damage from my side. I am not a professional plumber with a professional tools so it might happened that it got some mark while the installation.
