On 23 April, my garbage company "City Carting & Recycling" took my son's [redacted] Adjust 'n Basketball hoop, [redacted] dump truck, [redacted] push toy, hockey stick, and my recycling bin. All of the toys were in the same location on my property that they have been for the last 6-12 months. My wife saw the individuals working for "City Carting & Recycling" take the items on the above mentioned date. I called the company filing a complaint about the items being taken and a supervisor said he did not believe me because his workers denied the incident.Additionally, they did not returning my original phone call to file the compliant and I had to follow-up.Irrespective of the above incident, on multiple other occasions I have filed complaints about the individuals picking up garbage leaving garbage in by garbage can and leaving the lid open in inclement weather, resulting in a 96 gallon garbage can 25% filled with garbage water. I had to call multiple times to get "City Carting & Recycling" to empty the can.The company is also known as "Bria Carting Somers" which has merged with "City Carting & Recycling"
