June Revdex.com Jefferson StNE SteA Albuquerque, NM Re: ID *** My complaint submitted on 5/14/and your letter dated May 27, To Whom It May Concern: I would like to enter the following comments into your record regarding my interactions with Al Electric, Inc• Al Electric states that I do not understand English yet they came to my house to fix my yard lights as a result of my telephone call, in EnglishThe serviceman did not indicate at the time of his service call that he had trouble understanding the scope of my request, in EnglishEven though the serviceman later said that he thought I did not understand English, he still asked me to sign a service order, written in English• The work I requested was done but, in the process of doing the work, the electric service to my other yard lights was disconnected and the loose wires were left in my garageI was told that I needed new fixtures for my other yard lights and that my gardener should be able to install them• When my gardener came the following week, he was willing to install the new light fixtures for my lights on the left side of my house but could not do so because Al Electric had disconnected the electrical service to them• I am asking for Al electric to come out and re-connect the electric service that they disconnected when they were at my house so my gardener can install the replacement fixturesPlease understand that disconnecting my electric service to the lights on the left side of my house was not part of the scope of Al Electric's engagementI should not have to pay to have them come out to my house to reconnect the electric that they should never have disconnected in the first place• The fact that the service man adjusted my antenna and set the clock for an extra $is not related to this issuePlease keep this complaint on active status until this issue is resolvedI am grateful for your assistanceRegards, *** ***
Dear Revdex.com, We could not respond to this cause of program error it said. So we will do it this way as you requested. We will return the money [redacted] paid us in full $96.30. We performed 1 hour of service's as she requested and found 5 cut low voltage wires and showed her they were working, and set clocks and adjust antenna. [redacted] was satisfied and signed our work order but apparently is not and has more problems but we can't do them for free! The excess wire's were from bad wiring done before us. To resolve issue we will return her money and she can find someone else.Case # [redacted]
