Not only was the Great Flood of 2016 detrimental to me, but being insured with US Agencies was even worse. I've never experienced service or lack there of from a group of "professional" individuals like this before. Its upsetting to be let down during one of the most trying times in my life:-(
Horrible customer service, they do NOT value your time and the service is even worse when you call customer service!
