A-1 Electronics Service, Inc.

I have a 42 LG flat screen TV its about 5 years old, when I first purchased it I paid over $900.00 for it. A few months ago the menu screens would pop up on its own and/or the TV would shut off and on by its self. Im not all that familiar with the terminology but apparently the transistor gave out so the mother board needed to be replaced. I researched few different TV repair companies but at that point I just wanted to get it fixed for the cheapest price. Unfortunately choosing A1 Electronics Service to save a buck turn out to be a big mistake and just proved the old saying you get what you paid for to be true. This is what I experienced.1. When we dropped off the T.V they asked us to pick it up 7 days later. They never notified or bothered to call. But when we arrived on the seventh day we were told the TV wasnt ready yet and to give it another week. 2. A week later we hear nothing again, this time we called in before driving over there. Again TV is not ready and this time they were not sure when it would be.3. We waited a MONTH and we called again, finally we were told the part was in and the TV would be fixed in a few days. 4. We called in a few days later and we were told the TV is ready and to come pick it up today!! So my husband left work early to pick it up before they closed. They should have been open until 5pm so my husband arrived at 4pm. But they decided to close early that day!! Again he drove out of his way without being notified and this time they told him to come!5. The next day we called them they made up some lame excuse for closing and asked us to come back again that day. So my husband goes again and FINALLY gets the TV.6. We get it home turn it on at works! Then we realized they created a large crack in the damn screen!!! OMG our TV that we now have over 1,000.00 invested in is CRACKED!!! It looks horrible. They charged us $150.00 to ruin our television.I blame no one but myself I tried to save a buck buy picking the cheapest repair shop I could find. A1 Electronics Service Jacksonville Florida is the worst! Ive never had such a terrible service experience that I felt the need to file a complaint with the Revdex.com. Just awful!!!
