Response from [redacted] P.E.Good Afternoon, I met with Mr. [redacted] in our office on March 26th2018. I gave him the full refund of $900 immediately and expressed our sincere apology for not getting his project done by the timeframe requested. I also returned all of the documentation received...

regarding his project. He expressed his understanding of the work load that delayed his project. In closing the conversation with Mr. [redacted] left on a positive note and willingness to potentially consult with us in the future. He also expressed the possibility of withdrawing his complaint from the Revdex.com.
