I highly recommend A1Euro Auto for Mercedes service based on my service-repair experience beginning Thurs 10/when towed to A1Euro to 10/12/ I've had my Mercedes serviced exclusively and routinely at the local dealer from March until 10/6/On 10/my battery was deadSince it takes electricity to open the trunk where the batteries are stored I could not attach juice directly to the battery I called the local Mercedes dealer, scheduled an appointment and asked if there was another way to jump the battery such as connections under the hood They said there was no other way to jump the battery I called AAA to tow the vehicle While waiting for AAA I noticed a heavy black wire inside a 2xinch plastic box on top of the driver side fender well under the hood AAA was able to verify through their own database that was a positive jumper connection and any ground could be used to attach the ground wire We connected a charger to it and some lights and accessories worked but not all We noticed the light switch would not turn AAA brought the vehicle to Mercedes I gave all the information I had learned so far to Mercedes service Mercedes called me after the drop and asked me where the under hood jumpers were located Next they called and said the car had an open short and the repair would likely cost more than the vehicle was worth For them to proceed there would be a $1,minimum to remove the dashboard and expected there would be much more work than that to do I had the car towed to AEuro Auto 10/ Within minutes they had analysed the problem indicating the frozen light switch was shorted and, although no guarantee, was likely the one and only problem They airfreighted in a new switch and replaced it on Columbus day The headlight switch was the only problem My background includes civil engineering and auto repair I've never seen anybody work that accurately or quickly on such a problem I am extremely pleased with AEuro Auto competence and professionalism I recommend them to anyone with a European car that needs service
