I am sorry that [redacted] is having issues with her manufactured home.  However, the warranty is not in her name and it is not transferrable.  The warranty is with the previous owner.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: No where onthe contract does it state that but written in and circled is a 10 year warrenty. It was implied by the seller of the house that it was a good warrenty. I am sorry that A 1 does not feel that a warrenty is only as good as the person that paid for it. Must be how they have such a good rating always doing homes with 80 year old owners.
  I will be taking other action as the house needs repair larger than the roof thanks to the leak more is damaged.[redacted]

A-1 does not have a contract nor has A-1 ever had a contract, completed work for, or received any sort of payment for any work from this person. A-1 does not transfer warranties period.

It is a ROOF poorly installed which leaks with in 3 years.  Why is the owner so scared to warrenty his work when if the previos owner had not died he would be here to fix the roof.  Why does the owner of the home have to do with  the quality or lack of quality of the work preformed, when it is a roof not taking any abuse other than what is suppose to do keep out the weather.Sincerely,[redacted]
