Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: No where on the contract does it state that it is not transferableIt is a ROOF poorly installed which leaks with in years Why is the owner so scared to warrenty his work when if the previos owner had not died he would be here to fix the roof Why does the owner of the home have to do with the quality or lack of quality of the work preformed, when it is a roof not taking any abuse other than what is suppose to do keep out the weather.Sincerely, [redacted]
