A-1 Flooring

The flooring makes popping & snapping noises when walked on, clearly audible with virtually every step. Expansion gaps space were non-conformance. No expansion gap in dining room area, patio door and door frames, where the flooring is tight to the walls and/or there were nails in the transitions. In three corners of the room the flooring is tight against the wall, without proper spacing. Also with installation, he placed "scraps" at the end joints of 3 inches or less. Maximun length 30 feet, the length of my room is 36 feet, without any additional expansion space. When cutting transition pieces, two pieces, were cut short, needing an addition to that piece, which he added. He then installed those pieces to my floor. One in the closet-ok/ but one in the dining-room. Heavy traffic area!!!! When installing plastic threshold pieces, most pieces were broken and the bathroom threshold piece had to be glued in place due to breakage.
