We contracted with Foundation Repair Solutions in March 1,2016. We had 21 exterior and 2 interior pressed concrete piers installed. It now appears they did not fill dirt back under foundation and driveway. This has caused damages to property. In addition they damaged sprinkler system. Because there was no dirt filled back around drip irrigation, there had been damage to foundation. We have had sprinkler repair person out today and he explained about no dirt around foundation. After work was done in 2016, we had to have repair to driveway because of no dirt around piers going into the garage. The driveway was collapsing. We could not get car into garage without scraping bottom of car. We have tried numerous calls with no answers and can not locate a person for this company but it appears they are still in business.
What is so sad as the salesman knew we had issues before with contractors and he assured us good strong company. They would abide by guarantee.

Contact by the Business We want them to honor the warranty and repair the damage to property. 1. fill dirt in open spaces around foundation 2. repair front side walk. Sidewalk was cracked and caved in because they did not fill in hole correctly. 3. Adjust piers as we have several new cracks in interior of home.
Spoke with customer at 11:14 5-14-20. He said it's his fault for waiting so long to call back. I explained to him he was calling while we were close during the covid shut down for 8 weeks and that is why he did not get a call back. I explained the him we can adjust any piers under Warranty. Also explained that we can repair any concrete break outs in the sidewalk but we cannot repour an entire sidewalk. His driveway was Mudjacked by another company to bring up level to house. I explained to him the 2 are not connected so obviously when we raise up the house the driveway will not come up with it.

Jake *** with Foundation Repair solutions did contact us 5/20/20. I explained the issue with the driveway and did not agree with his comments in regards to the driveway. Also talked about the sidewalk and the no fill dirt under the foundation. He states that June 22nd would be the earliest date they could come do repairs. I asked if they were going to come look at damage and said no they would just come do adjustment to piers and repair sidewalk.
I(***) resent his(Jake) beginning his response to the Revdex.com complaint by stating the customer started out by saying it was his(***) fault for waiting so long to call. Hello we are talking about a product with a lifetime warranty. We are talking about a company that has changed its phone number and adjusted company name, and fails to return phone calls.
I asked was there a better way to contact them and he said no. He tries to do call backs as they come in. I asked was the McKinney address a physical office or just a drop box and he stated that it was an office but he does not go there everyday. He restated they would be here on the 22nd unless it rained.
I did inform him that I had sent a registered letter to the McKinney address also I have attached a copy to Revdex.com.
I do not want to close this file until I know for sure they will show up and make adjustments.
We will be out 6-22 to adjust piers. He is just trying to keep the complaint open until we go do the repair. I do not know what else to say about this.

I do want to keep this open until June 22nd to see what happens on that day. If we need to close this complaint and file again as an amendment to this claim , I understand. At this point nothing has been done except an appointment set.
Foundation needs attention. Repair came with a lifetime warranty. Unable to reach company by phone, email. Phone rings and immediately hangs up

I would like for my foundation to be repaired, due to additional cracking. If that canning be done, I would like my remaining loan balance to be paid that was taken out for the initial project.
We are closed right now as most of our suppliers are closed and we cannot get material to do any repairs right now.

We have been trying to contact this Business since early December prior to the recent Pandemic. Several phone calls were made in December trying to reach this Business. Phone was disconnected. Then after this complaint we filed, the phone started working and we were told we would receive a call back and never did. Using the excuse suppliers are closed now is not acceptable.
We have reached out to them and they have not returned our calls.

We have no voicemails and would have returned phone calls as we need repairs done.
We paid the company over 11K for foundation repair, since the repair in 2017 it's gotten worse and we are unable to contact the company for repair.
We paid Foundation Repair Solutions $11,625.00 on 3/3/17 to install 31 piers and fix foundation. Since then the foundation has gotten worse and is affect the entire home. The work agreement and contract state "Lifetime, Transferable, Warranty" on the services. We have tried contacting the company direct via phone calls, emails but there is no answer.the company seems to have disappeared, there are multiple complaints online regarding the same issues. The company's website and Google listing are gone as well.
We would like a company representative to contact us and come back out to asses the damages and make the necessary repairs. If a repair resolution cannot be reached we would like a refund so we can have another company come out and repair the issue correctly.

I have left messages with receptionist and on three other places with answering machines no one will return my call. They blocked me on two numbers.
In 2012 I had foundation work done with Foundation Repair Solutions, 10 piers, with a Lifetime Warranty. Then in 2015 I had more work with them, 13 more piers, Lifetime Warranty. This was through salesman Charles *** and warranty signed by ***, President. Address 3131 McKinney Suite 600, Dallas, TX 75204, phone XXX-XXX-XXXX.Toni was the crew chief.
At the same time in 2015 I gave referrals to two friends who had foundation work done by them and Charles *** was the salesman, Toni crew chief and their warranties were signed by *** Rodman, President, but the name on their paperwork was Metroplex Foundation Repair at 6060 N. Central EXpy. Suite 500, Dallas, TX XXXXX, phone XXX-XXX-XXXX. All the same people, same month, but a new name. Toni, the crew chief for all of us no longer works for them but I still had his number so I called him and he said there are three companies owned by the same people, Foundation Repair, Metroplex and a third he couldn't remember. I called a number a friend gave me for a *** or *** XXX-XXX-XXXX which he blocked me on after several messages. Then I called and left messages on this number and left several messages with no response XXX-XXX-XXXX. Then I left messages at XXX-XXX-XXXX and XXX-XXX-XXXX and they told me Eric would return my call but he never did. They do not seem to want to honor the Lifetime Warranty.
I have a new problem area and possibly adjustments to old so I really need them to reply. I am 81 my husband 84 with ALZ and on Hospice and I am at my wits end trying to get a response from someone. I am turning to you as a last resort. They have an A rating with you. Please advise me. I have copies of my friends paper work showing the same names that is on mine if that will help I can send you copies.
Just honor their Lifetime Warranty to their work. If they don't honor it they should not be allowed to issue it.
This is not our customer, so I do not know why she is making a complaint against us.
We are meeting with her on Friday, November 1, 2019, to see what is wrong with her foundation.

Failed to compete work as needed, and did not follow terms of their contract
contract states city code was to be followed. Arlington requires permit to be pulled prior to work.pears were installed and 4 attempts to adjust them have only worsened the problems.
now they are requiring a sewer leak to be repaired before completing the repairs that hasn't been verified
level the slab so that remaining work can be completed or refund so another company can be hired to do the job correctly. they also need to pay attention to what repair in one area is doing to another area
Have gone above and beyond to please customer and even did work under warranty that was not part of work order . That being said the area that "is not fixed " is area that plumbing has a tree route going through sewer line . We just asked that the plumbing be fixed and reevaluate if any adjustments are even needed .

the area the plumbing is in question is in need of lifting to close newly formed crack in brick veneer which is open approximately 3/4 inch
the lift will likely cause the sewer line to brake
it makes no sense to repair the line if it even needs it then lift the house and possibly cause it to brake again
based on the message we received from foundation co we have till February 11 to repair plumbing
that work is being arranged to be done by that deadline
Area that is in question is high from plumbing leak . Not low and plumbing needs to be fixed . Wait 4/6 months to see if area still needs to be adjusted . And need work order showing work was done by certified plumber . And a passed a static test showing it is fixed . Tree routes growing through a sewage line is not a warranty issue
