In 25 years in business A1 furniture never had any bug bed issues. The customer purchased the furniture in March and didn't complain until September. If the bugs came from our store he would have noticed in the first week. It only takes one bug from any apartment in the entire building for them to spread.

I went to this furniture store today with my mother and year old childThe manager there whose name we don't knowHe mentioned it was "his store" after saying his boss was not in for the dayThis manager on duty on 6/25/at pm came up to me to tell me to make sure my child did not touch because children love to touch, especially the blue lights on the windowsHis voice and tone was loud and a little unfriendly and my son stay alongside me the minutes we were there looking aroundThe manager asked what was it we were looking to buy atleast times and on the last time he chased us to tell us that he could help choosing if we said what's on our list to buy as priorityAs regular customers we advised we were looking to see if something was interesting and we would let home knowThe delivery driver came to the sales floor, greeted us in Spanish and told us he does the delivery to our home if we purchasedThe manager called him over and asked him a question and to go to his truckSoon after the manager comes back telling us " I know what you were discussing with my truck driver" with an attitudeHe also asked how much longer until we choose and if my mother understood him when he spokeMy mother answered "yes I understand you" but he insisted to ask me if my mother understood himWe ignored to avoid him from continually ask us and kept lookingMy son who sat in the floor playing with his toys next to me quietly started crying when the manager loudly yells "where's your baby"I said you scared him and he's sitting next to me on the floor playing, which apparently was out of his sight! He then became very sarcastic saying he's unattended and he can't be alone, which he never was because this man is crazy, loud and wouldn't stop talking or chasing us as we looked with questions after we said "we're looking and we will let you know"I told him I will be speaking to his boss about his poor communication and customer service skillsHe said "this is my store, good luck, have fun"We exited the store and he came out ridiculously to say things we couldn't hear well due to route traffic passing non-stopWe witness two families in and out during our visit as they felt uncomfortable or disliked his sales approachI feel he should see this and be told to change as it is not healthy for a human being to deal with his arroganceThe union county welfare office has a contract with Afurniture to sell furniture to voucher holders like my mother and they get paid for the sale with out a problemYou would think they should try to be courteous with voucher holders especially as he knew my mom was and not loose out on future contractsInstead of mistreating people as if they were giving out free furnitureIf he is really not the owner and only a manager he should be replaced because union county welfare office may be the only reason they are still standing in business, from what I observed I can't see anyone buying from this storeThis notification will be brought up to union county welfare office as well so they can reconsider there contracted store options

Review: On March 16, 2015 a down deposit was made for a bed that was reassured by Frank would be delivered to me within a week as the purchase was made with a finance company which allowed the product to be delivered and the consumer (me) will make monthly payments. The bed was to have been sent from New York to New Jersey. A week turned into one month and as of today no bed was not delivered. The finance company has charged me a $15 dollar late fee because I refused to pay for a product I did not have. Yesterday I was told the bed will be delivered no later than 5:30. When I called the store and was told that Frank was not there and the delivery guy Victor was running behind. At 8:45 April 16 2015 the delivery guys Victor and Eddie informed me that the delivery will not me made that day and will come tomorrow (today). When I called the store and spoke with Frank he then told me that the delivery guys lost parts of the bed and will try his best to reconcile the problem before I return home from work todayDesired Settlement: I will like the store to issue the bed and pay for the month and late fee to the finance company or lower the price of the bed.

I am rejecting this response because:

I am scheduled to make another payment for a bed that is not fully completed. This will make payment number two. A1 should make partial payment since I have a partial product or reimburse me for the month that had been paid for on April 10 and product was not delivered until April 25.
