Very poor customer relations and serviceParticular upper management Staff was very rude and disrespectfulDid not receive return calls in any kind of timely mannerAt best two weeks after I called, at worst never When what I ordered was ready no one calledI had to keep playing phone tag to get any information and that was unsuccessful as well Very disappointed because this is a very established company

Mrs [redacted] brought a mirror in that she wanted cut down and decorative bevel strips installedShe was told that it would be a few days and we would call her when it was readyShe came back two days later extremely upset and agitated that the mirror was not readyWe apologized and offered to install it for her with a $discount on the laborShe agreed and apologized for her behaviorWhen we went to her house to install she realized that she had measured the mirror incorrectly and it needed to be cut down againWe offered another $discount on the return trip laborWe scheduled the second install on two separate occasions and both times Mrs [redacted] did not answer her phone when the tech called to come outShe called back a third time and it was scheduled for the next dayWhen the mirror was installed Mrs [redacted] refused to pay Our General Manager tried multiple times to call Mrs [redacted] to address her concerns and reach a resolution, but was unable to get in touch with her until the next dayHe was finally able to get her to answer from a number that she couldn't recognize as A-GlassMrs [redacted] was again confrontational and refused to say whether or not she intended to pay for the workAs of 12-22-she has made no payment and owes $for a job that would typically cost $We talked to Mrs [redacted] three times to schedule the installation and I have gone through our phone message books and see no other times that she called in to the officeIn her complaint she states that we did not call her when the mirror was readyWhen she came to pick it up it wasn't ready yet, so there was no reason for us to call her

Took vehicle to have back glass replaced The tape they placed on the paint removed the paint from the vehicle My son took the truck by for them to look at it We called the owner several times He said on three different occasions he would come out and look at the vehicle He has yet to show to even look at it We feel he is responsible for repairing the vehicle, but he refuses to even look at the issue

When removing the "Automotive" tape from the customers vehicle there was paint which peeled when removing the tape It is important to recognize that this did not happen at every location which was taped on the vehicle This tape is designed for this use and is used everyday and has
never peeled paint from a vehicle in the past.Upon inspection is was obvious the trucks cab had been wrecked/damaged at some previous point in time and the underlying fault was poorly adhering paint from this previous repair Where it had peeled the paint could be flicked off even further due to its lack of adhesion to the body below.Vehicle was looked at on more than one occasion and many phone calls took place between A-Glass Coand Mr *** On at least one occasion our General Manager drove from Beaumont to Lumberton to inspect the truck at a location provided by Mr *** and the truck was not there After finally making contact with the truck, our General Manager confirmed the paint issue Despite the fact the paint job was defective, A-Glass Cooffered to refund 1/the cost of the replacement to Mr *** and he accepted this offer.On the same day as the agreement was made with Mr ***, this complaint was filed with the Revdex.com I have personally verified with Mr *** the agreement is still in effect and have verified his Credit Card has been credited in the agreed amount It is our understanding the issue has been resolved.*** ***, President

install it for her with a $60 discount on the labor. She agreed and apologized for her behavior. When we went to her house to install she realized that she had measured the mirror incorrectly and it needed to be cut down again. We offered another $65 discount on the return trip labor. We scheduled the second install on two separate occasions and both times Mrs. [redacted] did not answer her phone when the tech called to come out. She called back a third time and it was scheduled for the next day. When the mirror was installed Mrs. [redacted] refused to pay.  Our General Manager tried multiple times to call Mrs. [redacted] to address her concerns and reach a resolution, but was unable to get in touch with her until the next day. He was finally able to get her to answer from a number that she couldn't recognize as A-1 Glass. Mrs. [redacted] was again confrontational and refused to say whether or not she intended to pay for the work. As of 12-22-16 she has made no payment and owes $271.20 for a job that would typically cost $406.20. We talked to Mrs. [redacted] three times to schedule the installation and I have gone through our phone message books and see no other times that she called in to the office. In her complaint she states that we did not call her when the mirror was ready. When she came to pick it up it wasn't ready yet, so there was no reason for us to call her.

I am rejecting this response because: We did accept the refund of one half of the price of the window to resolve the issue. However, it is important to note that the truck was at the location given to Mr. [redacted] at all times he was told it would be there.  The complaint was filed before ANY offer of compensation was given. At the time we filed the complaint, we had been told three times someone would come by to look at the vehicle and no one had done that  We told you all that the truck had been jack knifed and repainted.  The side where the truck had been previously damaged had no problem with the tape.  However, the question remains, if you can flake the paint off in some areas(which we cannot find, by the way) why did you put the tape in that area?  We would be happy to meet with you so you can show us where this supposed paint flaking is. We are ready the be done with this issue, but felt obligated to answer the incorrect information in your response
