If I had a choice I would nothink use them or any company associated with them, Thier billing system is [redacted] and is always down when I callThey just recently turned off my service because someone else called to start services at a similar address THEY got the address wrong on their end and canceled my contract to start someone elses serviceI've been a customer for years and have had nothing but headache from them

Previously, we tried to cancel our Protective Services in JanuaryPhone number listed on that account would direct us to someone elseEach time we would be transferred to "someone who could help"Each transfer would lead to someone saying, "that isn't my departmentI'll transfer you." We called 3-different times with the same result each timeTransfer, Transfer, Transfer, Disconnect Transfer, Transfer, Transfer, Disconnect Called again in February and again in March They are great about helping you get set up to take your money, but when you want to cancel, Massive Run Around and DisconnectOops, Sorry!

Greg, owner of A-1Tops has been servicing my a/c and heating for several years He is very professional and his work is excellent and reasonably price I have a contract for maintenance which works out well for me as he sends reminders He is thorough on his maintenance checks

I didn't want to leave any starsWe have had nothing but the WORST experience with StreamTheir customer service is absolutely terrible!!!! NO ONE seemed to have any idea what they were doing! They input some ID numbers incorrectly and never notified our apartments original electric company that we had switchedSO 500$ later and double bills from electric companies they say they aren't responsible, and they wouldn't even credit my account anything Last time I checked ESID #s are not the customers responsibilityJust when I thought it could not get any worse I found out we were actually paying the electricity bill for the apartment above us the whole timeAfter they said (on the 5th phone call) they had got the new numbers right, I STILL RECIEVED ANOTHER BILL FOR THE APARTMENT UPSTAIRSI said I was not going to pay it, and they said they would just disconnect my service if I didn't!! Unfortunately I am stuck with this ridiculous joke of a company until I moveI WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONEI will most definitely not be using them once I leave my current apartmentYes, it's cheap, but you're paying for the terrible service you get in return

HORRIBLE customer serviceI have paid EVERY bill for several years on time and I've NEVER had a payment rejectedI check my bill for this month and not only is there a $non sufficient funds charge but they have also gone up on their rates, conveniently one month after I renewed my services for another yearWhen I called to get the issue resolved, it took minutes just to get someone to answer the phone after going through the automated systemThe first person I talked to barely spoke English and had no idea what he was talking aboutI asked to be transferred to a manager and after another minutes on hold, the manager also didn't speak very good EnglishShe said that a payment got rejected, which it hadn'tEvery payment I've made shows up on my bank statementI tried explaining this to her and that there is a glitch in their system but she just kept telling me no, there's a payment that was rejectedIt showed up on both my Stream account and my bank statementAfter arguing with this woman for five minutes, I asked to speak to her managerAfter being on hold for another minutes, (I guess they thought I would just hang up) the same woman came back on the line and only after telling her to cancel my service with them, did she say that she would be willing to waive the NSF chargeIt still left my bill at over $60, the highest it's EVER been in the history of me doing business with themShe said that their rates went up and that they didn't have to notify me of thisI am definitely looking for another energy company when my contract is overI do not recommend Stream Energy to anyone because the way they do business is not how a business looking for customers should handle themselves

ELECTRICITY! rates are awesome I came from the A company and found out that Stream has lower rates for our new home and wireless service the associate,Carinaassisted me was able to get me road side assistance and virtual MD and credit monitoring at an affordable price less than a buck a day covers my entire FAMILy the customer service has been professional, polite and smart people..from Ms Carina and when calling the companydon't stop what you doing

I have had amazing customer service with Stream! A couple months back I emailed their general customer support email address regarding my bill, stating that I had tried to get a hold of someone over the phone with no luckWithin two hours I received a personal phone call from Gail ***, the Sr Manager of Regulatory ComplianceShe was extremely friendly and helpful, and assisted me with my issueNot only that, but I informed her that I might be moving to a new rent home within a month or twoShe gave me her contact information and told me to get back in touch when I moved, and said that she would handle the transfer personallywhich she did! Each time I have contacted Gail (whether through phone or email) she has responded promptly and been extremely pleasant and helpfulShe continues to be very helpful and states that any time I have an issue, to please don't hesitate to contact herI have never had a more pleasant experience with a company than I have dealing with Stream! Their customer support has been fantastic!

honestly I SWITCHED to Stream energy my cell phone and my electric bill the young lady who assisted me was very polite and patient I will be glad to recommend carina to anyone who seeks exceptions cs no problem with billing absolutely at all!

Lenita A[redacted] in customer service went above and beyond to help resolve my problem of a payment that went astray. She was polite and attentive and tracked the errant payment down like a master detective. Great experience. Thank you!

I have been an energy customer for 8-9 months. Always had bill auto debited. Woke up this morning to no electricity. Neighbors had electricity. Called in to find out we had been disconnected over $41. No Letter, No Phone Call. Plenty of money in account, and Good payment info (first thing I checked was the expiration on my card). Jesse handled with care but was unable to verify everything I asked. Sent me up to Supervisor [redacted]. [redacted] seamed annoyed from the moment he picked up the phone. I explained our auto debit and not receiving any communication prior. He said, "Yes you did. "You received a pink letter in the mail" and that we would be charged full reconnection fees and everything. Not once did he say he would look into anything, Not once did he apologize for any inconvenience, Not once did [redacted] show anything but annoyance and rudeness. I decided at that time to cancel my service. His reply was "I'll do that right now. What else?"

Previously, we tried to cancel our Protective Services in January. Phone number listed on that account would direct us to someone else. Each time we would be transferred to "someone who could help". This company has the worst customer service ever. I was out of town at the end of November and realized I didn't put the electric bill in the mail before we left. I called and used their automated service to move my due date to Dec 5. I got back in town and made the payment and it was received on December 5th. However, I just got my recent bill and it shows a disconnect fee of $25.00. I called to find out what was going on since I had never had my service disconnected. I was told an order went out to disconnect my service on December 8th, even though they showed I paid the bill on December 5th. What'???!!!!! I asked to have it waived since I never had my service disconnected and I paid it before that order was ever even issued. They refused. They said they would rather take the chance of losing my business than waive the fee because that is their policy, even though I paid my bill every month on time before this for over a year!!!!!!!!

I have had Stream services now for a couple months and am very pleased.
My rates are half of what I was paying before and have had no issues with billing.
Good move for me!

I have recently tried the virtual md, roadside assistance and credit management! So far so good!

I have been a customer for 7 years now. It is not often you hear from someone who has had good service but we are very happy. Always good rates and good service. I only had to call customer service once when my credit card expired. They took my payment over the phone and helped me set back up my auto pay. Happy Customer!
