We are sorry that we were unable to meet the needs of this customer. We take all complaints seriously and will follow up to ensure that our site is working properly. Our terms and conditions, which are required to be accepted prior to enrolling in our program, clearly state the intent of
our programs, as well as, explain what our program is not intended for. We didn't receive any notification from the customer that they were having issues with the site. We have a day satisfaction guarantee, also written into our terms, that gives the customer days to request a refund. We did not receive a refund request from the customer, however, since she filed this complaint the same day that she took the program, we were pro active and reversed her payment. She will not receive her package in the mail and her payment will be refunded back to her card. Thank you
