The marks in the toilet are not scratches, they are scuffs from the rod of an auger. This happens a lot when a metal rod has to go through porcelain, and normally we leave it to the customer to clean their own toilet. However, we did find a...
specialty cleaner and returned to customers home on 7/30/15 and were able to remove all scuff marks.

As A-1 Haney Plumbing indicated, they did come over and removed the scuffs. Thank you very much for helping me to resolve this matter.
