Upon looking up you orders the dumpster for 415 plus tax 18 dollars tax 433 will be your total 40 dollars will be refunded that is our old price we will honor that as for the pick up date you called in the... night before after the list was picked out we had a screw up on switching the dates after all we are human and mistakes do happen we are also glad your sons car was parked there so we did not pick up the dumpster o will have the dumpster out of your property asap Amd I'm sorry you felt someone was rude to you on the phone we try to satisfy everyone thanks Dan [redacted] owner

We have spoken with the customer and we cleaned up her driveway, also we paid for her extra charge items in dumpster, customer agreed to thisThank you

In response to the requested from [redacted] we would like to keep all of our customers happy at almost all cost, In this case we could not satisfy the customer as there was another party acting as an agent for ***, he called him his bro and there was vulgar language and threatening conversation which caused us to end all communication by phone, this being on the part of [redacted] nad companyAnd in reguards to the request we feel that this is bordering on extortion, as the net profit on any of our dumpsters is less than a quarter of that amount, and we refuse to pay to remove other peoples trash The customer ordered a dumpster it was delivered on 1-31-and picked up 2-7-customers can keep them for week, standard operating procedure

I spoke with the customer yesterday on 11/3/in the afternoon and said I could refund $dollars to him and he agreed to this, the customer ordered a dumpster on 10-31-for next day delivery of 11-1-2016, we do our best to try to accomidate our customers, we cannot guarantee any times, we always try to do our best that is why the drivers call to let the customer know, the drivers make their own schedules, as I stated we do our best for all our customers, we never guarantee a time that is trade standards in this industry, I also spoke with the customers wife on 11-3-in the evening and she agreed to just refund the $ I cannot refund $and pay to get rid of their debrisIf they still agree to the $please let me know so I can do thatThank youMelissaA-hauling

I was not able to open the attached document so I sent the document left in my door by A-A-stated that they "do our best to describe in full the placement of the dumpster which is relayed to the driver." As you can see, the message left for the dumpster placement was "in drive." I spent approximately two to three minutes describing this to the admin in my original phone call
I did sign and agree to the termsHowever, after receiving the dumpster and seeing that it was in the wrong location and partially filled, I spoke with Dan, the manager and he asked if anything could be done to make the situation betterAt that time, I stated that having the dumpster removed no later than Tuesday, the 22nd would be greatAt that time, Dan agreed to have the dumpster gone by the end of the day on Tuesday, September 22nd
I am also curious as to why A-did not address the fact that you sent a dumpster partially filled in the previous response?
I am also frustrated that I was never sent an invoice for the over weight chargeInstead, I was notified by looking at my bank statementI do not and did give any one permission to store or randomly charge my account at their discretion

When I ordered the dumpster, I asked for a dumpster that would support the remodel of a square foot buildingAt that time I was given a yard dumpsterBased on my research, it is actually impossible for the insulation and Sheetrock from a building of that size to weigh more than pounds much less go pounds over your undisclosed weight limitWill this information, I can only believe that the weight you took from my dumpster was mistaken for the weight of another dumpster taken from a different location

I am rejecting this response because: first off he is not telling the truthThis person or any one else did not try to work with meI was NOT rude and never was and never will beCriminals are always dishonest and will not tell the truthThis contract was for
days and that is thatIt was my credit card, my contract that was made and no one ask me to change the time on this contractThe issue is not settled with the attorney generalEven thou there are many, many reviews on A-site were individuals were over charged, scammed, and these types of businesses enjoy skirting the lawUntil something is done about this it will go on and onThere is not enough people coming forward about A-1, only a few compared to or more written complaints on their web siteThey are afraid what A-might do to them if they come forward and it seems to be the same with all government agency'sThe truth will prevail A-1!!SincerelyMr*** C***

household junk dumpster, every dumpster company has weight limits for household junk dumpsters as they are charged alot more for dumping than construction, also when it comes to pick up the dumpster every company states that it can take at least up to 3 business days to pick it up from the time of pick up date as they have to make schedules to pick up when delivering in the same area. It is on the receipt about overweight dumpsters, also rain is an act of god that is completely out of our control, as I stated I will refund the customer today and email the receipt to her. Thank youMelissa
