Champion Safety contacted Randy Neel and he told us he had not issued this complaint. We contacted his wife, Donna Neal and she told us that she issued this complaint because one of your alarms in her house had beeped a few times at 4:00 am. ...

She called our office one time that same morning, April 18th, before office hours. She stated that she has lost her paperwork and didn't have after hours phone numbers to reach us. Our office manager was out April 18th because her mother was in a automobile accident. We returned her call at 8:15 on April 20th. She told us she didn't know which alarm had chirped so she called the Fire Dept. The fire fighters told her they didn't know either. Donna had admitted that she may have over reacted and was having issues sleeping because of a dental visit and had been taking medicine. We are going to her home today to see if the alarm in question is even one of ours or if the customer just needs to clean their alarm, which is their responsibility. Either way we will help them take care of their issue. Customer agreed she should have not filed a complaint, as her issue will be resolved within 36 hours of her call.

I received a refund check in the mail yesterday.
Thank you for your assistance in this matter. The company had many excuses for the delay and never returned phone calls until you notified them of my complaint.
