This is Richard W., the person who posted a negative review of A1, the issue has been cleared up, AHeating & Cooling has corrected the issueIt appears to have been some bad communications on both sides, I felt as though after trying to call twice, and ended up getting a dial tone after speaking to someone, I had did enough, but maybe notThe right people at Adidn't know I had even called, I should have been more persistent

Purchased unit from Adocuments shown that warranty for parts and labor had years, since unit was 6-years old, I gave them a call, informed them the blower motor had went out, with the techliving close by he stopped on his way home and agreed the blower motor was bad, they order the motor about a week later he stops by on his way to work replaced motor and corrected and issue with thermostat that was broken when it was installed, everything works great, motor was under warranty labor rate was not and their rate must be somewhere around $per hour as he spend a total of an hour and twenty minutes and the labor bill was $420.00, my fault I took them at their written word, I need some other work now but Ais the last people I'll ever call
