Package was late after paying extra for a necessary overnight shipment Called [redacted] and suggested they remove this company as one of its carriers for Prime because it looks like they are consistently late/fail to meet their obligations I received a shipping refund and was told I would never again have one of my orders delivered by this company through [redacted] but who knows if they will keep using them for everyone else in the future Update: After never delivering my package the delivery status was changed at 2am the next day to say an attempt was made at 7pm when earlier their OWN website said my package was still in transit at 9:30pm and would be delivered shortly My apartment has a 24/doorman who takes all packages, signs for them, and keeps a detailed log of each for all residents to review This company consistently lies to cover up its incompetency
