Review: I ordered a package from [redacted] in which [redacted] used A-1 International Inc. To delivery my package. A-1 international made a false "attempt to deliver" the next day. After contacting [redacted] and A-1 I gave them specific instructions to call me when they are delivering my package on Friday, the day they promised (A-1) to have my package delivered. After staying home all day and evening waiting for my package I found that when I tracked it my package indeed claimed to be delivered but was not at my building. I have seen reviews, after I placed my order, of this company making false delivery attempts and false deliveries in the past so this is no surprise. Which is a surprise is that I am now waiting until Monday for a package that I was told would be a next day delivery. I have emailed A-1 twice and talked to [redacted] and A-1 on the phone twice. My problem is that A-1 makes false claims about their services in which they will do next day delivery. I am still waiting and will not receive my package until at least a week after ordering it.Desired Settlement: I would like the package that I ordered and they seem to think this is a joke so I would like to get the Revdex.com involved.

Review: [redacted] uses A-1 International as a courier for their 1 day shipping services. In the past I've has minor issues with this company. Packages have been late, attempted deliveries that never happened, etc. Last night I was tracking my package until it showed it was delivered, sign and accepted by me. None of those things happened. While it wasn't a very important package, I could see this happening again when it is important.

A-1 International has a history of poor service and even worse customer service. I tried to get a hold of customer service representative on several occasions (I left voicemails) with no luck. And I'm not the only one. Here are their [redacted] reviews: [redacted]

I've taken my complaints to [redacted] but they refuse to use a new carrier. I am frustrated as a customer that this is the only option we have as a delivery service for 1 day shipping.Desired Settlement: On some of the [redacted] reviews I've noticed people say that they got a hold of A-1 customer service representatives. They had the same problem as I did. Their package was shown as delivered but it never was. A-1's excuse was that they were human and they make mistakes. Well, if you make to many mistakes you shouldn't be doing business.

I want to know what happened to my package and I want it delivered to me. An apology by the company would be nice but I don't expect one. Thank you for your time.

Review: A1 International Inc was shipping me a 1 day amazon order with guaranteed delivery by 9pm. As of 7:25pm, tracking indicated the package was on its way to delivery. As of 7:45pm, tracking indicated that the package had been delivered, signed by the "front door", at 5:30pm. I was present at the delivery location, which has a clearly marked buzzer, at 5:30pm. Immediately upon seeing the change of status, I checked the front door and lobby and the package was not there.Desired Settlement: Satisfactory explanation for why the package wasn't delivered on time and why A1 International Inc claimed that it had been delivered and how A1 International Inc will avoid similar issues in the future.

this is the most unprofessional shipping company I have ever encountered they say that they tried to deliver a package and they did not something that was time sensitive to me then I tried to contact them ... no answer on the customer service line and the voice mailbox was full

This company is fully incompetent. My package has been delivered to the wrong address 3 times this week, and now they seem to have lost it in their warehouse. This is not a one time occurrence, this is their modus operandi.

Failed to deliver package and lied about delivery.

Review: On November 9th a package with [redacted] was marked delivered and signed for but I didn't receive or sign for this item. I live in the city of [redacted] in a 6 story building with 20 condos. I have a video camera on my PC watching the door when then claim they delivered the package.

I've contacted A1 on their website http://www.aoneonline.com/pages/company/index.html several times and have not received a response. [redacted] or myself still hasn't received response from the company asking for proof of delivery. I can provide over 15 emails and chats from [redacted] and myself trying to get proof. The recommended I contact the Revdex.com and report them to the Post Master General for deceptive practices as well.

[redacted] Number [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like proof of delivery, with the signature so I can prove this wasn't delivered to me or I'd like them to track the package down and deliver it. I'm at a complete and am using this as a last resort.

Terrible. I was watching for a time sensitive delivery and never even saw a vehicle on my street at the moment I got a notification that my package had been delivered. Hoping the seller chooses a different carrier for the replacement.
