A 1 K P A Lock Service

I called K.P.A lock services to change the locks out on my 88 Monte carlo because my keys were stolen.I was referred by a chevy dealership.the guy came out and change the locks next day.this happened in April couple weeks after it was done the locks failed on my pasenger side..I called him several times no answer. A week after the door went out my trunk stopped opening so I called and called until he answered..we talked and he said he will come fix my locks on Thursday. that was on a tuesday when I talk to him. Thursday came by I called no answer,Friday I called no answer.called from another phone he answered then when he new who I was he hung up on me and have not answered since I paid $300 for nothing so disappointed company needs to be shut down.
