Revdex.com,I just received a letter in the mail ID [redacted] about a complaint from a customer... it is entirely not accurate and very misleading... My name is Jacob H[redacted], I have been running a lawn care business for almost 20 years...10 years when I lived in alaska under Alaska Lawn Service and now almost nine years in colorado under the name A-1 Lawn Service based in Erie, CO 80516... in this entire time frame almost 20 years I have never to my knowledge ever received a complaint with the Revdex.com...for I hold my business to the highest standards of integrity and I truly have a complete 100% Satisfaction Guarantee... I will always go above and beyond for my customers for I treat them as friends...The customer in question we served her lawn faithfully for the last last six years she had been a loyal weekly mowing customer...And in regard to this complaint we did reply to her when she called..in fact we talked over the phone and I told her it was a simple misundertanding...she had sent the autobilling form with her name on it back to us with a physical check also included...I thought she wanted me to autobill from that checking account since she had sent the form back to us completed with that check with it... I then told her I would refund the money back to her immediately but she would still need to pay me for the 3 months of mowing service that was already done and billed out...she told me not to worry about it and not refund the money but just take her off the schedule going forward...so that's what I did and I thought it was resolved...I also told her at that time that we had an ironclad satisfaction guarantee that if she was unhappy with the service for any reason we would make it right and I would stand by personally for any work we did if something was not done to her satisfaction I would either refund the amount in question or go back personally and redo the job.. she said that would not be necessary...this same customer by the way we have treated very nicely over the years...I helped her out a few years back with a sprinkler blow out that needed to be done last minute and I did it for her as a personal favor to her at the last minute because she was a loyal long term customer...she called me at 8pm on a friday night that she needed her sprinklers blown out immediately that same night because she thought it might snow the next morning and was deathly worried about the lines freezing... I told her I don't normally work this late but as a personal favor to her I would and so I blew out her sprinkler at 9:30pm at night on a friday... I used a flashlight and her sprinklers were blown out and drained properly and her lines didn't freeze...Sincerely,Jacob H[redacted]owner A-1 Lawn Service[redacted]
