I recently used this company to repair a leak in a flat roof in my rental unitI live three hours away from the property and I needed someone who I could deal with over the phoneI had used their services several years ago and had no issuesThe owner, Jim Krasley, was extremely rudeHe showed up at the house without calling my tenant in advance, as we previously agreedHe entered the house eating a sandwich and dropping food all over the floorAfter the job was done he demanded my tenant to pay for the service, even though we had previously agreed that I would send the payment directlyHe was very disrespectful, very unprofessional and very rudeI will not be doing business with them again
