A-1 Lock & Safe

I had two keys made on Tuesday Feb 2, 2012 . they worked when I left the store. I paid 300.00 for both of them and used my amex card.Next day the keys would not turn the ignition on. I juggled the wheel to no avail. I called [redacted] at A-1 and he wouldn't come down and see what was wrong. Said if the keys worked the day before it wasn't his problem and I should have the car towed to [redacted].I pressured him as this was no coinciedence. He told me to put oil in the ignition..I told him I had WD 40 and he said ok use that...it might make it work. Well it didn't and he wouldn't come down and service the car.He said he douldn't come til next day around 1 o"clock. I had to be somewhere and that wouldn't do. SO I voice mailed him to say if he could possibly come in the early morning it would be good. He never called me back or came.I called for towing and got the car to [redacted]., The rep thought the keys weren't right. It was visible to him. After looking at the car, the technician said the cylinder had to be replaced.That will cost over 600.00 and when he put the new cylinder in my valet key did work but the A-1 made keys did not. Now it will cost me for two new [redacted] made keys. They are 350.00 each.The A-1 man, [redacted], who made the k,eys told me they make the keys for [redacted]. That is not true. As you can see this is costing me a lot of money. I can't believe you can represent this business.[redacted] who is the owner who I talked to about coming down to check things out was rude, sounded surly and maybe drunk even.THis is an unbelievable situation.
