A-1 Locksmith

I had locked my keys in my car and called A-1 locksmith at 308 Cedar Ave. Scranton, Pa at one in the afternoon and he said "75.00 and I cant guarantee I`ll open it". So I agreed and asked him his name cause I was going to go there and have duplicate keys made and that`s when everything went south. He became nasty, then he outright refused to unlock my car even though it was sitting in my garage just a half a block away His final comment was "I`m not doin it" and hung up. I`ve been doing business with this company for fifteen years and they didn`t care one bit. Go`es to show, when a company becomes successful, they will pick and choose their customers but its the customers who does the picking and choosing. Good luck A-1 Locksmith, you have now turned the corner of a failed business. Its now a matter of time because I`m no longer recommending you to anyone and from here on out, I`m bad mouthing you.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME !!. Wife lost her keys needed a new one made. Called once onThursday told me to call back next day between 8-10 AM when he is in the shop. Called next day between 8-10 and he said he's on long distant call will call me right back. Two hrs. later called him again only to be told he's scheduling out for next week. That's at least 5 days!! Couldn't tell me this before I wasted all of this time. [redacted]!!
