A-1 Masonry

I paid [redacted] for the full amount of the job before it was completed and he never returned to finish the job. Also he guaranteed the work meaning that I must be satisfied with the job or he will fix the problem. As soon as he received the final check the chimney cement cracked on top but he never returned to fix it .He was supposed to clean out the clean out in the basement and install the stainless steel chimney cap. I made countless calls to him without any settlement. He was supposed to put a stainless steel chimney cap on the top of the new chimney he built but as of today there isn't any cap and I have a crack in the cement. My husband and I are both handicapped and out of work so to pay $2,500.00 was hard but we needed a new chimney badly because the old one had crumbled.
