Review: I took my vehicle there. Originally they said they would give me five hundred dollars. When they got it they only gave me one and no receipt. I have contacted them twice the first time they said someone would be by the next they said in the mail. I still have not had any resolution.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the remaining balance as originally agreed upon as well as a receipt or the return of my vehicle.

In response to Mrs. M[redacted] complaint. Mrs M[redacted] did not bring in her vehicle to our establishment. The amount agreed upon was $100.00 and included towing from her residence. This agreement was all conducted by phone. Hv Towing and Hauling picked up the vehicle on 1-20-2015 and paid her $100.00 cash at which time she relinquished the title. Mrs. M[redacted] has never called or given any indication that she is owed more money until today. The vehicle in question was a 85 cadillac seville in non working condition. The agreed amount of $100.00 including towing was a more than fair scrap value for the vehicle. This vehicle has been processed through the DMV with dismantler reg42 # 18[redacted]327
