A-1 Mobile Auto Repair & Fleet Service Reviews (1)
One June 28, 2012 I called A-1 Mobile Auto Repair and spoke with [redacted] to do a diagnostic because my car wouldn't start. [redacted] asked what was going on and I explained the problem that I thought is may be the fuel pump but wasn't sure. [redacted] came out out but didn't do a diagnostic. He sprayed gasoline in a holes and checked the fuel pump and stated he was the fuel pump. I was charged $85.00 for a diagnostic that he didn't do and $120.00 for labor. I purchased the fuel pump myself for $113.00. One week later on June 26, 2012 my car stopped completely. I got it towed and paid $50.00. I called [redacted] and informed him I was experiencing the same exact problems. On June 28, 2012 [redacted] came out did the same exact thing, stated it wasn't the fuel pump, and stated they couldn't do anything and left. [redacted] told [redacted] my car was running but it wasnt. I called [redacted] told him that my car isnt running. [redacted] told me he thought it maybe the spark plugs or a connection rally from the fuel pump or a tune up. First, [redacted] informed me that it was illegal to connect my car to a diagnostic machine and they only do what the customers ask them to do. Now, [redacted] stated he will charge me $60.00 to do a diagnostic to find out the problem. Later that day on June 28th, 2012 [redacted] came out and checked my car himself and stated he thought I needed a tune up. One June 29th, 2012 I called him multiple times and [redacted] stated what do I want him to do and that he is stuck. [redacted] stated he would come out and never did. Also on June 29th, 2012 [redacted] he told me in order for him to check my car I will have to pay $60.00 dollars for a diagnostic. [redacted] also stated that he would speak with his boss and inform him about this situation. I asked [redacted] for his bosss name and number but he didnt give it to me. He stated he will speak to him himself. [redacted] rushed me off the phone and told me he had something else to do.
