I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
There has been no action taken by the business other than to deny my request and discourage further communicationThe correspondence submitted in their response speaks for itself.They make several claims which are untrueLodging is readily available at between $and $a night.In fact we were able to reserve an acceptable motel room very nearby for just over $a nightHowever, this is not comparable lodging to what they contracted, as it is a single room without full partition, not a multi-bedroom suiteDemands were also made for monetary compensation.This was proposed as an alternative to making alternate lodging arrangements for me."I would also welcome any reasonable offer that you might devise to compensate us for for our inconvenience and disappointment that we have suffered, THROUGH NO FAULT OF OUR OWN."I am hardly in a position to make any "demands."They feel that attempts at communication have been exhausted.Their last response to me: "There no need to discuss this situation further and we won't be able to provide you with any kind of monetary compensation ...My response to this: "I remain open to communication, should you change your mind regarding any 'need to discuss this situation further.'"

Dear Council of Revdex.coms,
This letter is in response to a complaint filed against The Trails at Rock Creek (us) by
*** *** (current resident) who resides in 1*** *** *** *** *** ** ***Mr*** is unhappy for the reason that we canceled the corporate unit reservation he made on Sunday, October 9, We contacted Mr*** on Wednesday, October 12, 2016, via email and a phone call, letting him know that the client who gave notice to vacate the corporate unit #2002, retracted their notice of move out due to their employer (with whom we have a long standing relationship) reassigning the client to another project for the next 12-months, therefore they needed to renew their lease for another yearWe decided to allow the current occupant to continue residing in the corporate unit for the next 12-months since it is in the best interest of the community
As soon as we received their retraction notice, we immediately contacted Mr*** on October 12, and explained to him the situation and that would not be able to fulfill his request to occupy the corporate suite for 3-days from Thursday, December 8, to Sunday, December 11,
Mr*** was provided ample notice to find other accommodations for his guestsWe kindly gathered a list of hotels and pricing within our immediate area which we found online, were lower priced than our nightly corporate unit feesOur nightly fees start from $120, and nearby hotels range from $60-$We sincerely understand his frustration with the cancellation, however realistically, he has almost 2-months to find nearby accommodations for his guests
Our community only has 3-corporate units that are fully furnished and offered as an amenity, however at the present time, all of our corporate units are fully occupied until January 15, and Mr*** is requesting for us to accommodate him with another corporate unit when it would cost us $10,to have one set up, while he is only planning to rent the facility for 3-nightsIn addition, he is also demanding monetary compensation, which we feel is unrealistic, when we contacted him within 3-days of his reservation
The manager has been communicating with Mr*** via email regarding this situation since October 12, We feel we have exhausted the conciliation process regarding Mr***’s formal complaints against us and would like to request the Revdex.com committee to review our case and give a fair judgmentWe have attached a copy of the emails between us and Mr*** and a copy of the canceled corporate suite agreement which states on paragraph (f) THE TRAILS AT ROCK CREEK HAS THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THIS CONTRACT IN THE SOLE DISCRETION OF TRC MANAGEMENT.
Unfortunately, when a client that is occupying the corporate unit retracts a notice of move out, we are put in a position in which we have to strive for the best interest of the community by allowing the current residents to continue their residency especially when they are renewing a corporate lease for one full year
